As energizing as it will be restorative, we will explore how to use the wall as a vertical reference point as we lean, push, and press into asanas with safe alignment and greater body awareness. Expect some flow, followed by a restful cooldown and several restorative wall poses.
Through gentle, easy movement and long-held restorative yin postures, we’ll explore the subtle connection between body, breath, and energy. We’ll also weave in chakra awareness, meridian tapping, and the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls to help release energetic blockages and invite harmony back into your system.
Join Trace Sahaja to harness your joy and happiness as we release the old and welcome in the new. The flow will winding down into a candlelight relaxation before finishing things off with a cacao-sipping meditation and count down to the New Year!
This vigorous, breath-centered practice will challenge and inspire you as we flow through postures designed to strengthen the body, increase flexibility, and calm the mind.
Each week we explore a different technique from a different teacher to either begin our practice or support an ongoing one. Option to attend a single session or all 4 for a discount.

This course is curated for teachers just starting out, as well as those who have been in the game a while and are craving a source of inspiration.
If you would like to deepen your understanding of the postures,history, and philosophy of yoga, but you are not ready to commit to the full teacher training program, this is a great place to begin. Once completed, you’re more than welcome to move into our teacher training program if you wish. Open to all levels.

Whether you're new to Yin or looking to refine your knowledge, this workshop will explore the fundamentals of Yin Yoga, its principles, lineage, and methodology, and how to safely practice and modify basic Yin poses for your unique body.
For the last 26 years, we have offered this free 45-minute class as our gift to you. This class starts with a few easy stretches and breathing that you can do in your regular clothes (no yoga clothes required), and followed by a supportive guided relaxation, called Yoga Nidra. These 60-minute interactive classes will be an opportunity to break it down, hone in, and ask questions. Through detailed instruction, drills, and mindful repetition, we’ll refine the mechanics behind some of the most challenging yet rewarding elements of the Ashtanga method.
These fundamental texts are meant to give us guidelines for exploring the deepest part of ourselves and moving our body in a subtle way in order to reveal what the earliest yogis described as our essence or true self. Open to all, expect to gain from our retreat the skills to step back into our lives with renewed awareness .
Join Angela for an evening of ritual and revelry held in the potent energy of November’s full moon. We’ll start off with a sacred cacao ceremony to set deep intentions for the cycle ahead. Then, we’ll revel in a dance of yoga through all 7 chakras. Expect this experience to be a joy-filled, user-friendly, inspirational power dance bringing fun and healing to body, mind, and spirit. All are welcome.
Discover how Yin, with its focus on long-held postures and deep tissue stretching, aligns with the energetic pathways known as meridians. You'll learn how to stimulate meridian lines through specific Yin poses to support the flow of Qi (life energy) bringing harmony to the body and mind.
She’ll offer an introduction to Ayurveda for Vata season, along with cozy self-care rituals, and energy balancing breath-work. Then it’s time for yoga nidra, where you will be guided to rest held in the deep calm, and quiet support of the Earth. Leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and replenished.

You’ll not only reconnect with the power of touch in your teaching, but also learn how to better assist students verbally by improving the language and cueing you use in your classes.
Kick things off with Steven as he leads a heartwarming Loving-Kindness meditation — sending good vibes to your past, present, and future selves. Once the mind is clear, Tashi will take you on a guided relaxation journey to melt away any lingering tension in the body. To top it off? A singing bowl sound bath that’ll leave you feeling like a glittery cloud of peace. All bodies, all identities, all are welcome. Come as you are — and leave a little more blissed out.
This session integrates “super-slow” flow, yin postures, breathwork and meditation to encourage feeling, healing and self-compassion. Whether grieving a recent loss or carrying the weight of past experiences, this practice offers insight to find solace and cultivate resilience
Focusing on the Crown Chakra, we’ll use sound healing, guided meditation, journaling and pranayama to get our energy flowing towards that of true spiritual balance. Each session of the series is independent, so you can take as many or few as you’d like. All are welcome.
Focused on the Earth element, we’ll explore easeful Qigong movements help cultivate mental clarity, ease, and resilience. The class will conclude with Yin Yoga and meditation to further support your body, mind, and spirit. Perfect for all levels, this class will help you align with the season and cultivate vitality. This workshop is designed for yoga practitioners and teachers who want to move beyond aesthetic alignment cues and instead learn to teach and practice Yin Yoga in a way that honors individual anatomy.
Angela will offer an introduction to Ayurveda for Pitta season, along with soothing self-care rituals, and cooling breath-work. Then, it’s time for “R&R” (reiki and relaxation). Think: grounding restorative yoga, deep rest in yoga nidra, all while you receive energy balancing reiki. Leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and replenished.

We are excited to host a week-long Yoga Summer Camp for kids ages 6 - 10!
Join Melody, Holy Cow Yoga Center Kids Teacher, as she provides a fun-filled week for children to strengthen their bodies, focus their brains, and calm their breath. Limited Space!
This class is open to all experience levels, and will use a variety of props to support the body in several restorative postures while experiencing inspirational teachings to soothe the soul.
This special pass gives you 2 months of unlimited yoga for the price of a month and half!

The 5:45pm and 6:00pm classes will be canceled.
This class is designed to safely strengthen and support the spine, improve posture, encourage weight-bearing in all limbs, promote balance and overall well-being.
The studio will be closed on Easter Sunday with the exception of this FREE class with Kate!
Although open to all-levels, some experience is encouraged.
