Join us for an hour of restorative yoga nidra or relaxation while being supported by an immersive sound journey featuring over a dozen organic and rare indigenous instruments gathered from around the world.
We begin with easeful breathing, followed by a guided relaxation with Trace Sahaja Bonner and beautiful sound vibrations with Daniel Scruggs. Using compassionate intuition and positive intention as a guide, Daniel crafts meditative soundscapes on a variety of sacred instruments such as: Crystal singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gong, Handpan, Aboriginal Yadaki (aka "didgeridoo", Drums (Various styles and cultures), Native American Drone Flute (Cherokee), Monsoon Box / Rain sticks, Kalimba (Zimbabwean and Appalachian American), Bull Roarer (Universal) and more!

Daniel Scruggs is a professional musician and educator who has studied and played music for most of his life. Throughout the past three decades, he has collected over two hundred rare musical instruments, and visited 24 countries (& four Native American reservations), exploring musical and cultural traditions, making friends and learning their stories. He completed his teacher training at Holy Cow in 2020 and currently travels full-time throughout the US and abroad, sharing interactive presentations that incorporate music, culture, drumming, yoga and sacred sound.
