Meditation

Meditation involves quieting the mind by drawing the attention inward. It is a skill developed over time through diligent and steady practice. We offer the following opportunities for group practice.

Saturday & Wednesday mornings from 8:00am - 8:20am - Every week for the past 22 years we have offered this group sitting. As we are currently meeting virtually and we have shortened the sitting to 20 minutes. Sunday mornings at 8:00am - We have been honored to host the Charleston Zen Center for their weekly meditation for the past 23 years. They have several sittings at different times, so it is best to contact them ahead of time to see which would be most beneficial for you.
