19th Annual Yoga Challenge

It’s that time of year! Roll out you mat, take a few deep breaths, and take your practice to new heights!

This year’s challenge will kick off on March 20th.

You can start the challenge anytime between 3/20 - 4/20.


    • Buy your 30-day Unlimited Challenge Pass anytime between 3/20 and 4/20.

    • Your pass will be activated day of purchase and will be active for a full 30 days.

    • If you take 26 classes in those 30 days, you’ll earn a free 30-Day Unlimited Pass and HCYC T-Shirt!

    • This year, challenge passes are available for sale between 3/20 and 4/20 ONLY.

    • CHALLENGE PASSES ARE AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED ON THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

    • In order to successfully complete the challenge, you must complete at least 26 classes before your pass expires.

    • Those who successfully complete the challenge by completing 26 classes during their challenge period will earn a free 30-day unlimited pass.

    • All free 30-day unlimited passes earned during the challenge MUST BE ACTIVATED NO LATER THAN 6/20/26.

    • Both virtual and in-studio classes apply. This is a great opportunity to check out some classes, teachers, and styles of yoga that you might not be familiar with, so we encourage you to mix it up a little.

    • If you take the virtual meditations on Wednesday or Saturday morning, 3 meditations will count as one class in the challenge (since they are only 20 minutes long)

    • Credit for virtual classes will be given based on verification of participation, and not registration alone.

    • NO PAUSING, NO FREEZING, and NO EXTENSIONS on challenge passes. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for understanding!

    • If you’re in the middle of another unlimited pass when the Yoga Challenge passes become available, just finish the pass you’re working on, and then buy your Yoga Challenge pass when you’re ready to start the challenge.

    • Go easy on yourself during the challenge! It’s good to push ourselves sometimes, but it’s never good to hurt ourselves. Be sure to listen to your body, feel free to modify any pose in any class in any way that makes it accessible for you.

    • We will be tracking everyone’s progress on a chart that will be posted at the front desk within the first few days of the challenge. POSTER UPDATES DO NOT HAPPEN IN REAL TIME, SO PLEASE BE PATIENT AND PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO UPDATE THE POSTER YOURSELF!

    • Most importantly, please remember that this is a challenge and not a competition. This is meant to get you to classes you might not typically attend, try out some new teachers, and have fun while you’re at it!
