This workshop will explore:
The Crown Chakra
The Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) invites us to connect deeply and spiritually with our highest self — using it as a gateway to our own inner peace.
Located at the top of the head, this chakra harmonizes the energy of our entire body and gifts the mind clarity in thought.
The associations of this chakra are:
The color violet
The vibration sound “Aum”
The element of consciousness
We’ll use journaling, drawing, two guided meditations (one with live harmonium sound and the other with repeating affirmations) and pranayama to get our energy flowing towards that true spiritual balance. We’ll also learn about the history and practical understanding of the chakra system.
There will be no physical asana practice, and all are welcome. Please bring a notebook/journal and wear comfortable clothes.
Each session of these series are independent, meaning you are more than welcome to attend this session, even if you haven’t attended the others.

Meet Deborah :
Her yoga practice began more than 30 years ago during her time as a professional ballet dancer. She received her Yoga Teacher Certification here at Holy Cow in 2009 and has been teaching ever since. She is a certified Chopra Institute Meditation and Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor.
