Join Martha as we kick off this monthly wall class that will add stability, support and motivation to your practice.
Students of all levels are welcome for this hourlong class that will feature standing, seated, and supine postures at the wall. As energizing as it will be restorative, we will explore how to use the wall as a vertical reference point as we lean, push, and press into asanas with safe alignment and greater body awareness. Expect some flow, followed by a restful cooldown and several restorative wall poses.
Moving your mat up to the wall opens up a world of possibilities for support, alignment, and relaxation in your asana practice!
