This experiential workshop weaves together yoga, meditation, and the timeless wisdom of The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Rather than studying the book intellectually, we embody its teachings through mindful movement, breath, and self-inquiry.
Each week will dive deeply into 1 of the 4 agreements. We’ll explore these agreements through a thoughtfully designed yoga practice, guided meditation, and reflective prompts. Gentle, accessible postures support the nervous system and invite deep listening, while meditation helps uncover habitual thought patterns and create space for clarity and compassion.
This series creates a supportive container for releasing self-judgment, softening reactivity, and reconnecting with authenticity.
Suitable for all levels and for anyone seeking greater freedom, presence, and alignment—both on and off the mat. Expect to leave feeling grounded, inspired, and equipped with practical tools to integrate the Four Agreements into daily life.
