What if your Book Club had a yoga class too?!
This experiential workshop weaves together yoga, meditation, and the timeless wisdom of The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Rather than studying the book intellectually, we embody its teachings through mindful movement, breath, and self-inquiry.
Each session of this 4-part series will explore 1 of the 4 agreements and will use yoga and meditation to help us embody and integrate the messages and lessons of the book into our daily lives. Suitable for all levels and for anyone seeking greater freedom, presence, and alignment—both on and off the mat.
When:
Wednesdays from 7:15pm - 8:30pm | 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18
Reading Schedule:
Read chapters 1 & 2 before the 2/25 session
Read chapter 3 before the 3/4 session
Read chapter 4 before the 3/11 session
Read chapter 5 before the 3/18 session
