Serving Charleston, SC since 1999
Holy Cow Yoga Center has been a welcoming sanctuary for students of all levels to explore and deepen their practice for over 26 years!
As Charleston’s longest-running yoga studio, we honor the rich traditions of yoga while offering a wide variety of class styles—because we believe there’s something here for everyone. Our experienced teaching staff, most of whom have been sharing their wisdom with our community for over almost 2 decades, are dedicated to guiding students with heart, skill, and authenticity.
Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or seeking to enrich your lifelong practice, we invite you to Bend, Breathe, and Be with us.
A one-day deep dive into the anatomy of Yin Yoga, exploring how skeletal variation and functional movement principles impact the practice.
This workshop is designed for yoga practitioners and teachers who want to move beyond aesthetic alignment cues and instead learn to teach and practice Yin Yoga in a way that honors individual anatomy.
In-Studio + Virtual
An evening to relieve summer heat & refresh your energy.
This 90-minute experience will start with cooling breath-work, then it’s time for “R&R” (Reiki and Restorative yoga). You’ll be comfortably propped in restorative yoga poses while Angela offers individual and group Reiki to clear stagnant energy, and revitalize body, mind, and spirit.
In-Studio Only
A monthly theme-based discussion to inspire us to live more peacefully and mindfully!
“Sutra” translates to “thread”, so on the last Sunday of each month, we’ll take a look at a particular topic/token of wisdom in the practice of Yoga to discover how weave its insight in our daily lives. Come with an open mind and heart, leave with fresh insight and genuine community connection.
In-Studio + Virtual
