Brand new to the practice of yoga or looking to ease back in after taking a hiatus? You’ve come to the right place.
Consider these 60-minute classes an opportunity to slow down, hone in, and ask questions. You’ll explore how subtle adjustments (that are often brushed over in traditional classes) can make a huge difference in how the postures feel, and learn variations of poses that’ll help the practice feel more tailored to you.

Please note that the terms “fundamental,” “foundational,” and “beginner” do not imply “gentle.” If you are working with physical limitations, recovering from an injury or illness, or if you are simply interested specifically interested in gentle yoga, this series may not be the ideal starting place for you. Instead, we would recommend that you begin with one of our Gentle or Gentle flow classes.
