Grounding Your Practice
An Essential Immersion
( In-studio, with the option to take portions of the training virtually )
This two weekend program is designed to provide a grounded prospective of Yoga and is taught by Director of Holy Cow Yoga Center, Trace Sahaja Bonner and Senior Staff. Many times we begin the practice of Yoga on the mat, and after some time we begin to see some transformation occurring. Maybe we feel better in the body want to learn the deeper aspects of the poses themselves. Or, we feel an overall sense of ease emerging from within that sparks a desire to know more about yourself. If you are in either of these places, then this program may give you your next step on this journey.
This does NOT give you a certificate to teach Yoga. The main purpose of this program is to enrich your Yoga practice and knowledge, and you'll find that this experience will give you the opportunity to reach new heights within your practice. This program is an excellent preparatory for our 200-Hour Teacher Training program, which begins at the conclusion of this immersion should you wish to continue.
investment: $250.00
(includes manual & complimentary yoga during the Week between)
**If you wish to continue on into the full teacher training, the $250 from this program will be applied to your 200-hour tuition. Valid up to one year upon completion.
