Cancelation Policy

Because the teacher cannot see who logs on and off Zoom during class, it’s up to you to cancel your own class **unless you paid online. If you paid online, you will need to contact us for receiving a refund minus a processing charge of $5.00. You can email the studio yogainfo@holycowyoga.com, or cancel your own registration using the “Cancel” link at the bottom of your confirmation email. *If you cancel a paid registration, you will not received a refund unless you call us. We don’t offer automatic refunds.

If you don’t cancel and you don’t attend, your card will be marked or no refund will be given.

IN-STUDIO

It’s much easier for the teacher to keep track of who is and who is not in the room. If you can no longer attend and you’ve already registered for an in-studio class, it’s still good practice to email yogainfo@holycowyoga.com to let us know. We will not mark your passcard.
