Cancelation Policy

for Regular Virtual Classes:

Because the teacher cannot see who logs on and off Zoom during class, it’s up to you to cancel your own class.

If you didn’t prepay, you can cancel your own registration using the “Cancel” button at the bottom of your confirmation email.

*If you cancel a paid registration, you will not received a refund unless you shoot us an email.

If you don’t cancel and you don’t attend class, your passcard WILL be marked/no refund will be given.

for Regular In-Studio Classes:

It’s much easier for the teacher to keep track of who is and who is not in the room, so if you don’t attend, the teacher will likely cancel your registration for you, and your passcard will not be marked. It’s still good practice to email us to let us know — just in case (:
