Whether grieving a recent loss or carrying the weight of past experiences, this practice offers insight to find solace and cultivate resilience. This is an opportunity to honor our emotions and embrace the process of grieving with breath and acceptance.
*Note: This is a yoga practice and will not include a sharing circle or the like. Practitioners should have some previous knowledge of yoga.

About Stacy:
With years of practice and teaching, Stacy, E-RYT® 500, RPYT®, YACEP®, is a well-known yoga presence in the Charleston community. She offers a slow-paced, powerful, breath-centered practice that is nuanced, purposeful and soul-touching; leaving students feeling grounded and connected to a higher level of stillness.
Originally from New Jersey, Stacy made her way to Charleston, SC; dancing into and graduating with a BA in Psychology from Goucher College. She received her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, Advanced 300 Hour Teacher Training through Asheville Yoga Center and continues to explore many specialized trainings along the way such as but not limited to: Trauma-Informed Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Meditation and Neuroscience
