Grounding Your Practice ‘Light’
A Tip-Toe Into Your Practice Immersion

This 20-hour, one weekend program is designed to provide a grounded and well-rounded perspective of Yoga.
It’s common that after our practice begins, we start to see and feel a transformation occurring. Maybe we feel better in our body and want to learn more about the poses themselves. Or, we feel an overall sense of ease emerging from within that sparks a desire to dive deeper into how the body can benefit from our Yoga practice as well a exploration into who we truly are. If you are in either of these places, then this program was designed for you.
When:
September 18 - 20
Fridays: 6:45pm - 10:00pm
Saturdays: 11am-7:00pm
Sundays: 8am-3:45pm
