Settle into the weekend softly and slowly.
Class will begin with an intention, mantra or a selected reading that we'll weave throughout an assortment of yin poses.
These postures will be held passively for several minutes, with variations offered for each student's specific needs. This class will allow us to delve into our minds and come out with a sound body.
