This 3-week series is a great primer for beginners and an ideal way to ease back in for those who feel a little out of practice.
Each class will focus on the basics of a standard yoga class and break down the foundational poses, flow sequences, and postures. We’ll also explore some of the ways to modify poses to adapt them to different body types and skill levels. Yoga should feel good (even a challenging practice!) and everyBODY is different. You will leave confident in your ability to determine the best type of class for you to continue onto, and with the practice tools to continue on your yoga journey.
Class Schedule:
Sunday, Feb. 23 | 5:30 - 6:30pm
Sunday, Mar. 2 | 5:30 - 6:30pm
Sunday, Mar. 9 | 5:30 - 6:30pm
Investment:
$50 for all 3 classes
OR
$20 for a single drop-in
As a special bonus, each participant will also receive a voucher for 1 FREE class of their choice to be used within the month after completing the series.
Please note that the terms “fundamental,” “foundational,” and “beginner” do not imply “gentle.” If you are working with physical limitations, recovering from an injury or illness, or if you are simply interested specifically interested in gentle yoga, this series may not be the ideal starting place for you. Instead, we would recommend that you begin with one of our Gentle or Gentle flow classes.
