Connect deeply to the support of the breath within and the support of the earth below through this grounding yin practice, where we’ll create space slowly and passively in the muscles and mind.
Our very own Tashi will lead the yoga, while new-media artist RedShift will project live moving visuals on the walls and celing. Live DJ Web Hollow will provide a dreamy electronic soundscape, enhancing our external environment to connect deeper with the present moment and our Inner Self.
Concluding with a soundbath of crystal and metal singing bowls, this unique sensory experience is one you won’t want to miss!
