The “Grounding Your Practice” program was designed to provide a solid, well-rounded perspective of yoga, without the commitment of a full 200-hour teacher training.
If you’d like to dive deeper into the postures, history, and philosophy of yoga, this program is a great place to begin. Trace Sahaja Bonner and Sonia Lennartz guide students through a thoughtful exploration of yoga postures, emphasizing proper alignment and the underlying anatomy of each pose. The immersion also includes dedicated time for breathwork and meditation, helping you build a well-rounded and grounded personal practice. All are welcome.
This program DOES NOT provide you with a certificate to teach. Its intention is to enrich your personal practice with a deeper historical, philosophical and physical understanding of yoga.
