Summer is the season of fire, known in yogic philosophy as Tapas. Our energy burns bright, and we have an opportunity to open, release, and grow.
Celebrate the summer solstice with a Yoga Mala— an ancient practice that features 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar.
Moving with the breath, we will embark on 9 rounds of 12 sun salutes, with opportunities to rest in between, and a long, restful savasana at the end. This is a physical, guided practice with uplifting music to keep us inspired. Amidst the heat, we find an opportunity for self-reflection, realignment, and harnessing our energy with intention and purpose.
