A Restorative Yoga Class with Ursel

Treat yourself to an evening of deeply nourishing rest.

In this special 2-hour Restorative Yoga class, you’ll be gently guided through a series of fully supported postures designed to melt away tension and invite ease into both body and mind.


Open to all levels, this practice uses an array of props to cradle and support you in each pose, allowing for complete relaxation without effort. As your body unwinds, you’ll be immersed in calming, inspirational guidance to quiet the mind and soothe the soul. Join us to step away from the busyness of daily life and gift yourself the space to pause, breathe, and simply be.

Props are vital to this practice!

We have blocks, blankets and bolsters for you to use. We DO NOT eye pillows, however, and we strongly suggest that you bring something with you to cover your eyes as a way to enhance your experience.


Meet Ursel

She began teaching in 2004 and is an E-RYT 500 teacher. Having completed a number of trainings in different modalities, it was her training with Judith Hanson Lasater that moved her teaching style towards gentle & restorative. She’s a wealth of knowledge and truly believes that yoga is for every body.
