Restorative Teacher Training with Ursel Harmon

Restorative Yoga is a practice of reconnecting with the body and breath for a sense of peace, mindfulness and overall well-being.

By supporting the body with props, we alternately stimulate and relax the body to move towards balance. In general, restorative poses are for times when you feel fatigued, stressed, or depleted from the turbulance of day-to-day life.

In this hands-on, experiential training, participants will learn the gentle sequencing of restorative yoga techniques and modifications on traditional poses, developing the skills needed to support students at every level of practice in finding health, wholeness and evenness of mind.

We will Cover :

  • What is Restorative Yoga?

  • Benefits of Restorative Yoga
