This special class with Linda is designed to practice Yoga with a giant prop; a chair! Ever done yoga in a chair?  Here is your opportunity to try this gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and\or standing with the aid of a chair. It’s a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who prefers a gentle practice and the benefits are amazing ..... increased flexibility, strength, body awareness and balance.
