As we sit together, Deborah will guide and encourage you to explore the power of a centering thought, or mantra. Open to all-levels (beginners welcome!) this 30-minute lunch time reset is intended to help students cultivate a deeper understanding of Self.
First 15 minutes - A guided reflective conversation
Second 15 minutes - Sit in meditation with the centering thought/mantra
