Thank you for making our special Easter Fundraising Class a success! In order to maximize our donation, we’ve decided to extend our efforts throughout the rest of the month. Here’s how you can help:
Handmade Bracelets (made by a Holy Cow student)
Stop by the studio, make a donation of $20 or more, and select a bracelet. Each one is unique, handmade, local, and one-of-a-kind. These bracelets are available for purchase in the studio only.
Make a Donation Right Here
If you can’t make it to the studio, or if you’d just prefer to donate with a couple of clicks, this for you.
We will share the final results of this fundraising campaign in early May once we have tallied the totals and sent in our donation.
ALL proceeds will be donated to the IFAW to support their disaster relief efforts in Ukraine and Poland.
In addition to distributing pet food, water, harnesses, and carriers to refugees, IFAW emergency response teams are assisting veterinarians at the Ukraine-Poland border as they process 500-600 arriving pets daily, providing vaccinations and microchips. IFAW volunteers work at border crossing stations to provide information and to assess needs and to assure worried refugees that their animals won’t be confiscated. They distribute resource lists in multiple languages to give pet owners the tools they need to keep their animals safely with them wherever their journey to safety takes them.
Because not all pets have families to care for them, IFAW has provided grants to shelters in Ukraine and neighboring countries to keep them running and able to purchase food and veterinary supplies, and to continue paying their staff.
But the help isn’t limited to domestic animals. IFAW is also helping wildlife and zoo animals. AND they’ve made a large financial contribution to the World Central Kitchen to help them feed the people traveling along evacuation routs and passing through the various border crossing stations. We’re happy to support this wonderful organization in their valuable work, and we’re grateful for your contribution!
