If you would like to a deeper understanding of the postures, history, and philosophy of yoga, and you are interested in sharing Yoga through teaching, this in-depth educational program may be for you.
Our 200-hour certification program is designed to take you further into the ancient teachings of yoga. The more we understand about the practice, and the more we experience physically, mentally, and spiritually, the more we can utilize the wisdom of the teachings in our everyday lives.
This 3-month program runs from January 13 through April 23, 2023. Class will meet for 2 back-to-back training weekends in January, and then every-other-weekend through through early April, concluding with 2 more back-to-back training weekends at the middle of April.
