Meditation is a skill we develop over time in guiding the attention of the mind inward, becoming aware of not only the thoughts we think, but how those thoughts effect us. We are delighted to bring together four experienced meditators in the Charleston area for a weekend.
Exploring and sharing the techniques and skills of meditation that can be effective in overcoming the challenges we face daily in our lives as well as developing the best versions of ourselves.
