We are closed on Thursday, Thanksgiving day, and limited classes on Friday, the day after, including this FREE OUTDOOR class.
After a day full of stuffing, sweet potatoes, pie, and more stuffing, we will should all have plenty of energy to burn! Come shake a (turkey) tail feather with us in this fun, upbeat flow class taught by Trace Sahaja Bonner. Bring your own mat, and please wear a mask coming into the space and leaving.
We will practice in the greenspace at Magnolia Park & Community Gardens beside The Schoolhouse here in West Ashley, so we will have plenty of fresh air and lots of room to spread out and keep ourselves safe, while still having the chance to practice together for the first time in a very long time. Indeed this is something we can all be thankful for!
