Let's Begin Yoga with Steven Willard

This is a great primer for beginners and an ideal way to ease back in for those who feel a little out of practice. It’s also a good refresher for even the even the most experienced yogis. During this 75-minute class we will focus on the basics of a standard yoga class and break down the foundational poses, flow sequences, and postures.

We’ll explore some of the ways to modify poses to adapt them to different body types and skill levels. Because yoga should feel good - even a challenging practice - and everyBODY is different. You will leave confident in your ability to determine the best type of class for you to continue onto, and with the practice tools to continue on your yoga journey.

This class will be offered virtually and in-studio, however in-studio spaces are limited.
