We are all creatures of habit–repeating patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting over and over. Some of our patterns are positive and helpful while others keep us circling through unproductive and harmful cycles. In yoga, these patterns are called samskaras. Come spend the afternoon looking at some common anatomical patterns that occur on the mat, what those patterns can tell us, and how we can shift out of habitual negative ruts and find a new groove.
