Yoga, mindfulness and breathing can be ideal tools to assist teens with their busy schedules, social pressures, the demands of school and changing hormones. Jill Keefer leads our monthly class to help early teens develop a more in-depth yoga practice and learn meditation skills. Teens leave feeling calm, relaxed and more confident! Ages 10-14. Cost is $13.
