We'll start with a Loving-Kindness meditation led by Steven, woven through a series of nourishing Yin poses. This practice is devoted entirely to you—the current you, the younger you, the awkward you, the fabulous you — all the versions that helped get you here. No need to dig up old yearbook photos, but if your middle-school self could see you now, they'd probably be pretty impressed.
Once the body is relaxed and the mind has softened, Tashi will guide a restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. Imagine your stress taking a long vacation while your nervous system gets wrapped in a cozy blanket of sound.
