Aurora Yoga is an immersive audio, visual, and mindful movement experience.
This class will focus on the element of WATER.
We’ll explore the duality of this element (its strength and its softness) through a Vin to Yin practice. In the first half, you’ll cultivate a fluid flow as each movement connects intentionally with the rhythm of the breath. Using that newfound heat in the body, we’ll then melt into a few passive holds under the canopy of dreamy visual projections while basking in the soothing sounds of a live DJ set.
Concluding with a soundbath of crystal and metal singing bowls, this unique sensory experience is one you won’t want to miss!
