Having a moment where you feel like you need a little support in your practice? In this special class we’re taking Yin to the wall!
Using the wall as a prop offers the potential for an even deeper experience. With support from both the floor and the wall, we find it easier to let go and relax into the calm of non-doing. The wall holds on so we don’t have to, securely anchoring us in the shape of the pose so we can soften and better attend to the inner listening. Selected Yung Pueblo readings will enhance the experience even more.
Cost is $25
If attending on Zoom, make sure you have plenty of wall space, 2 blocks, a strap and a bolster.
