What if you believed that you are good, or at least good enough? What if you believed everyone is good, or at least good enough?
This practice will include asana, breath work, and a loving kindness meditation. We begin with a body scan, leading into a mindful and beginner friendly flow. On the floor we’ll explore a heart chakra focused practice with long holds. After savasana, breath work with the intention of cultivating self compassion. We close with a guided Loving Kindness Meditation.
Steven will offer tips on creating a regular practice and offer resource suggestions.
