We will explore some of the more popular dishes and will provide step by step direction so the dishes can be duplicated at home. Go back in time with Shoba as she shares her mother’s recipes & leave with the delight of making them on your own! We will host this “dinner” style with beverages and chai to complete the meal.
Shoba Kousik, Master in Culinary Sciences, has 20+ years of experience in the food industry, recipes featured in the Post & Courier and is an Adjunct Instructor at Trident Tech teaching Indian Cuisine. She was born in Kerala, India and has been in the US since 1990. Cooking has always been her way to show love to her family and friends. You can also find her assisting the Gentle class on Monday evenings at 5:30pm at Holy Cow.
