Tonight will be our final discussion on Patanjali's Yoga Sutra text. Our last topic will be exploring the levels of Samadhi (deep contemplation) which give us great insight into our lives, but also into revealing our truest Self.

**We will begin on the first Saturday of January for a 6 month study of Untethered Soul by Michael Singer. The format is open to anyone. It might be helpful, but not necessary to bring a copy of the text (available in the Om Store). Let us know if you would like to join us.
