Yoga Nidra is known as the yoga of deep sleep. A meditative and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This class begins with light stretching to release tension, followed by guided meditation while reclining. A transformative and rejuvenating practice which leaves you with a sense of deep calm and clarity. No yoga experience is necessary. Come let go of your stress, and enjoy the experience of deep rest for body and mind.
