Join Alex Rogers, 500-hour certified Yoga Teacher (who recently studied with Seane in CA) for a meaningful, prayer-based vinyasa to uplift the world with Divine Love and Light. We'll then carry these blessings inward throughout our vinyasa practice with a ritual designed to create Intent and Empowerment to manifest our personal hopes and dreams. We’ll end practice with a heart centered savasana. The benefits will be maximized by doing this work on the powerful numerological date of 11/11 - a portal for good fortune!
