New to Yoga?
We have 2 Intro To Basic Yoga classes & 7 Gentle Classes each week! If you’re brand new to yoga, these are the classes for you! Learn basic poses and how to modify them as needed. It’s also a great place to start if you’ve been off the yoga mat for awhile.

September 5: Ayurveda for Beginners - We are delighted to host Melody Rogers, a Holy Cow Yoga Center teacher training graduate, for a one-day free workshop on the basics of Ayurveda. 4:00-5:30pm. Online Registration
October 24 - 25: From Ouch! to OM! Anatomy Weekend - Join Kat Hendrix, PhD and 500 RYT, for a weekend where we deepen the understanding of Yoga and our body. This two-day anatomy workshop will focus on finding more ease in your least favorite poses while avoiding common injuries. Registration is open!
