As a Yoga teacher we may find that our well of energy is drying up, or we may feel that we are adrift in redundancy or isolation. The occupation of a teacher in general is to give and share…but Yoga teachers tend to never take the time to re-charge and re-new. This 5 day retreat is for you! Join Trace Sahaja Bonner and some Holy Cow Yoga staff to deepen your teaching skills and return reinvigorated. Each day we will work on inspiring ourselves as well as learn some great practices to take back to our students.
