Get outside! We’ll get this class moving with a 30 minute walk along the West Ashley Greenway, behind Holy Cow Yoga Center. Upon returning to the studio, we’ll practice 30 minutes of mindful and meditative yoga. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, energized and ready to take on your day! Make sure you wear your walking shoes and arrive a couple minutes early, as this class will start promptly. Taught by Katy.
