Student Information
Classes start promptly. Try to arrive at least 5-10
minutes before class, especially if it is your first
class. If you arrive
late, you may be denied admittance to the class.
If you need to leave early, please let the teacher
know and try to place your mat by the door.
Please leave cell phones in the cubbies, turned off
or on vibrate.
Practice on an empty stomach. It’s best to allow 2-3
hours after your last meal.

We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat, however we have mats available at the studio to rent. You can bring a thin towel to place over the mat.
