After years as a practicing physician, Andy Annand came to believe that true healing requires more than a disciplined dedication to the science of Western Medicine. It requires an understanding of the deeper levels of human existence.  He began his Yoga practice in 2005, finding it not only helped him connect with patients in a more meaningful way but also cultivated a greater sense of inner peace in the face of illness and adversity.  He received his Teacher Training at Holy Cow in the spring of 2008 and is honored to both experience and share the transformative nature of Yoga with the Holy Cow community.

Chef, Yoga Instructor, and self proclaimed "Ecstatic Living Activist" Ken Immer. Spending over a decade working in restaurants brought Ken a great wealth of food knowledge. Discovering that most of the vegetarian/health food readily available to consumers was mediocre at best- and very foreign to most people- Ken decided there must be a better way, and it must somehow be related to the entire body and soul connection. With that OM cooking was born. Chef Ken currently teaches yoga, and holds workshops and cooking classes throughout the Charleston area.
