For those who have never practiced Yoga, we have 3 classes to start your practice:
Intro Basics Class
This is an ongoing class which is also geared toward those with little or no yoga experience. However, it may be for someone who wants to jump right in or is not able to commit to a 4-week program. The Intro class is offered every Sunday at 6:30 p.m, Monday at 9:30am and Wednesday at 7:15pm. No registration is required. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class starting.

Class Schedule

Student Information
Classes start promptly. Try to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class, especially if it is your first class. If you arrive
late, you may be denied admittance to the class.
Yoga mats are available to rent for class; however, for hygiene purposes, it is best to have your own personal mat.
Our rooms are kept at 80 degrees. You will break a sweat and we encourage you to bring a towel (towels are not provided by the studio)
If you need to leave early, please let the teacher know and try to place your mat by the door.
Please leave cell phones in the cubbies, turned off or on vibrate.
Practice on an empty stomach. It’s best to allow 2-3 hours after your last meal.
Please refrain from heavy scents as these may intensify as your body temperature increases.
Ongoing Class Descriptions
Level 1 is a basic level class geared toward those fairly new to yoga. Here we continue to practice the basic positions learned in the Intro and Beginner course class, and learn other beginner poses and variations.
Level 1-2 is an energetic class is for those who want to explore basic and some intermediate poses.
Level 2 is an intermediate class for those who wish to develop more strength and flexibility in the poses.
Level 2-3 is a classical, flowing class combines intermediate and advanced poses, breathing and meditation. Yoga experience is recommended.
Yoga Hour is a shortened class; however, this one hour class is packed with a variety of poses, building strength and energy, flow (vinyasa), and breath awareness. Yoga experience is recommended.
Bust UR Asana Yoga Hour is a fun and lively class set to energetic music. Yoga experience is recommended.
Warm Flow this one hour all levels class moves at a slower pace, but you will sweat.
Yin Hour is an hour long Yin Yoga class. Primarily done seated or supine, these are long, deep stretches held for 3-5 minutes.
Kids Yoga is a fun and energetic 1 hour class for children ages 6 - 12, learning to build strength, flexibility, and focus. (Please note this class is NOT for children under 6).
Tween Yoga is a class geared toward pre-teens (ages 10-14), learning to develop the skills for a more mature yoga practice.
Pre-natal Yoga is a 1-hour class for women who are 4 - 9 months pregnant and includes learning strength, stretches, and focused breathing to prepare for delivery and experiencing deep relaxation to reduce stress. 2nd trimester is required.
Gentle Yoga is for those who might want a gentler Yoga class or those with physical challenges learning positions to increase flexibility. (Beginner level welcome)
Community Class is an all levels Yoga Hour. Suggested $5 donation or you can use your pass card.
Meditation is an unguided meditation for those with basic understanding of sitting for 30 - 45 minutes. We provide a number of different seating options, including chairs, benches, or pillows. Feel free to bring your own cushion. This meditation is ecumenical in its approach, and open to all who wish to sit quietly in a group contemplation. FREE
Class Cost
All classes have a drop-in fee of $12.
Visitors are more than welcome.
Our pass cards can be purchased in the following increments:
*6 Regular classes for $60
*12 classes for $90
*10 Yoga Hour classes for $70
*We offer an unlimited monthly pass for $80, which expires 30 days after purchase.
Please note our pass cards are non-refundable and non-transferable, however they do not expire, with the exception of the unlimited monthly pass!
*Community Classes suggested minimum donation of $5 or class on passcard.
Kids Yoga classes can be purchased as a group of 6 classes for $36. Attendance does not need to be continuous. To drop in one time, the fee is $7.
PreNatal Yoga classes may be purchased as a group of 6 classes for $50. Attendance does not need to be continuous. To drop in one time, the fee is $12.
